    So you are basing your asumption that cfda approval is imminent based on an announcement that is over 7 minths old and does in no way say cfda approval is guaranteed, despite management telling you as recently as a few weeks ago that approval may never be granted.

    Sorry i don't get how you can read that into that announcement.
