Battery Minerals is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to debt financing and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of its ordinary shares and to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market.

Battery Minerals requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 13 June 2018 or when the anticipated announcement regarding debt financing is released to the market.

Hope all is well with debt financing as recent sell off imo seems a concern
