This one was riskier than normal given the SPP price vs market but the options were enough for me. I was in early.

SPPs can and often do close early. I've seen seen ones where they've closed prior to holders receiving their snail mail.

I may be confusing this with entitlement offers but i believe SPPs too usually have participant protection in that the shares are issued at lesser of quoted price or 5-day VWAP. Was disappointing this one didn't have that.
