3D Resources Limited hereby requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian
Securities Exchange (ASX) for its listed securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 3D Resources Limited advises:
1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement concerning a capital
raise to be undertaken by the Company;
2. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Friday
8 June 2018 or when the relevant announcement is released to the market, whichever is
earlier; and
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading in its securities should not be
temporarily halted.
