Mmmmh....well, raising funds to pay down a bond due later this year isn't ideal. But with that said, it's positive seeing Hartleys and EZCORP prepared to underwrite the deal between them, and the trading update keeping things in check - edit, I thought we already knew/expected H2 was going to be better than H1.
"Sources said it would be accompanied by a trading update, where it will tell investors that its second half profit is on track to better its first half result."
