I've spoken to Adam the COO of Nzuri about this very topic myself.


Nzuri from what I have been told will have a minimum amount of employees from the local village. I asked Adam how good they would be? to which Adam confidently replied that Nzuri would take full steps to develop their skills.


To see that Adam is on site with locals, spoken to them and getting their approval goes a long way to improving the situation in the DRC, it won't fix the whole country but foreign investment will help. The worse thing anyone could do is turn their back on these people.
