Based on the last 4C, Tesserent was debt free at $1.63m. If we raised an extra $1.2m, we'll have $2.8m cash. Is Tesserent anticipating of cash expenditure of $2m+ for this venture???
This is huge concern for me about the way management is now moving forward. I'm all for spending money to grow the business but I'm now expecting a significant increase in sales revenues to boost the share price. Big pressure on management to deliver and walk the talk.
I do not want TNT to be a CVT.
