You might get a few peeved-off holders looking to exit on open. If so, maybe trades a tick or even two below pp. Microcaps and especially shells don't take much to move but it all depends on who (if anyone) is annoyed and how much size they have. And also any aftermarket support.
Medium term, agree with other posters that you'd think it's a get-set raise into a vend. I wouldn't be in any rush as a DM, looking at the spec market atm and as a s/h, July onwards (or when things pick-up) would suit me fine.
