The sp has disappointed and would probably have further weakened without PM1 making a move . To be so well funded with such low cost burn in the following quarter does not exactly seem like they are making or at least attempting any real progress in the near term . The timing of capital raising without the need for any $$$ is very interesting and may be good news .
Announcement you would like to think should be well written with details of timelines , potential and goals .
Clumsy poorly written announcements with a lack of details will be treated brutally especially in this current market .
