With $2.6m at quarter end, it begs the question, why a raise? Will wait for details but this may be very positive for shareholders. MC right now is small enough as it is, will see how much they raise but it seems they'll be trading the same as cash backing. Will add more if I like the CR details. On a good acquisition, this could multi-bag easily.
