This is great news to finally get this out of the way

But its probably fair to say that

Management knew they needed cash, and "negotiated" it with a corporate adviser some time ago, but said adviser was not going to be paying anything above 2 cents

Astute management would have raised when we were hovering around the 3 cent area, but the truth of the matter is, the company has no leverage to command a higher raising price.

Thankfully, its still a small register, the market cap is very cheap, and this should set it up for another go around.

Maybe we need to see a few people moved on, to give the company a new direction ?
