I agree the company has stated they want more of Madden, so it could potentially be for that, but... after the quarterly, I just (gut feel) think that it will be to shore up the balance sheet. Perhaps B.L wants to get it done now, so that by Nov/Dec, it will be long forgotten etc?
I wonder if the price will be above the last raising price of $0.062.
