Without reasons for CR i.e.: was the purpose of the CR priced in prior to CR, it's really apples and oranges. Sweeping generalisations are misleading. It's indisputable that with $15 mill in bank WAF was funded for current works. And said that on numerous occasions, so regardless of immediate term downward pressure on SP, I suggest this will be a value adding CR.
Let's see what it says on Monday... (I'd love a side bet with you on your bad news perspective)
