He should be able to chew & walk at the same time.
Look I'm sure they are on the lookout for decently priced PDLs, but it seems that there is a lot more money in getting those in the door than trying to for example make an extra call an hour. Great if they do this, but it's less of an impact for the shareholder IMHO.
The other reason I think they should push the envelope on PDLs is AASB 9 (or at least my interpretation of it). Firms will have to recognise impairments even prior to the debt falling due if there is appropriate credit risk associated with the debt......to me that seems like a great opportunity for CLH to purchase these debts from corporates/banks/mid teer firms that don't want the volatility through their P&L.
