In terms of what is 'significant' - going through the last 4 contract announcements, none had a trading halt and the value for these was 11.2m in March, 5m in October, 4m in June and 2m in May. Unless they thought news had leaked, would expect value to be greater than all these. Positive step, should see a run up to 3.5-4cps.
