Hi rdncoic
I am trying to make sense of your observation that the Chinese investors are "not only rich, but smart also."
If you are referring to those that bought the new issue in January, then this is how I see the numbers:
1.
40,154,000 new shares were issued on 31 Jan at $0.007 a share to raise the paltry sum of $281,078.
2.
The share price of CVS immediately fell from $0.015 a share to a low of $0.007.
3.
The last sale was a slight improvement at $0.010.
4.
If the new holders tried to sell now, to make a profit, they couldn't because there are only three buyers prepared to pay a price that would give the holders a profit, and they want a mere 965,416 shares.
I think the proposed new capital raising, following so close on the heels of the previous, will create another bloodbath in the share price - in part because I don't see how this time CVS can issue the shares at a price as high as $0.007.
My suspicion is that all who invested in CVS, including myself, are "not only poor, but stupid also."
WAT U TINK!
