Actually, thinking about the timing, why did the company raise money just before the release of quarterly results? Is it because they're afraid that the results won't be welcomed by investors and share price will drop and hence it's better to raise now? Wouldn't raising it straight after the quarterly is better? Are we now up against another bad quarterly?!
