Looking back to a previous similar scenario BAL, original directors sold out hugely and didn’t know how to manage a post IPO company, SP dropped greatly.
CAT, New management came in, cap raised to tidy up the previous mistakes and for future growth, purchased companies in sync with their business model.
Only difference between the two is that BAL post shakeup cap raise was at a premium to SP
