Many see certain countries as "risky" but look at the likes of AVZ this past year with Manono in the DRC, look at Ivanhoe and their copper discovery in the DRC, look at the graphite found in Tanzania.
Look at this quote from Rick Rule on cobalt and something I apply when investing to all stocks.......
The same applies for any metal in my mind, copper, cobalt, lithium vanadium etc etc. Plenty of garbage Aussie projects out there these days, if there is a huge Australian deposit 50km from a port that's high grade and shallow sign me up but from my research there isn't. We will see later in the week.
I'm hoping for a GREAT asset anywhere in the world and if I had to chose I would hope in a country that understands the mining process rather than one that doesn't, that of course id just personal preference.
As for those wondering if Vanadium is a good choice I suggest you google Robert Friendland Vanadium, or maybe just google who he is first and have a read of this
I don't mean to come across as brash but this is just my preference. I hope we have a great asset!
