As @septic1 says, this is a capital raising. If we use some of the metrics of the last raising, EVZ raised net $4.3 million through the issue of 467 million shares issues at $0.01 per share. Share raising costs in 2017 were $300,000. Borrowings with CBA were $6.0 million as at December 31, 2017.

Now I expect that EVZ would get more than $0.01 per share this time around - if the guess is $0.02 (20% discount to the current price), then to raise $6.3 million, EVZ would be looking to issue an additional 315,000,000 shares or another 43% above current shares outstanding (new total will be 1.03 billion shares outstanding). That's a significant dilution.

For that, EVZ would save about $450,000 in interest charges per annum for the current loan. This would equal an additional 6.4 cents EPS base on 715 million shares or 3.65 based on 1,030 million.

    The other buts are:

Are there exit costs for the CBA loan and what are they? I expect so.
Are there any other funds required to support the business that will be swept into this capital raising? This would mean additional shares and further dilution for existing shareholders.

We will know tomorrow what this one looks like - but expect weakness in the share price to follow
