If they have some big fish (they said last anon that they where in discussion with possible partners) on the hook and use their 15% capacity to bring them on board, it will go north very quickly. Otherwise they will need a big dilution to get any real money and thats not good for existing holders. Its been clear for the last 6 months they needed more money but I had hoped they could make it to at least full recruitment. Now we wait and see.
