If true, what i'd say to that is, they have new EM data coming in very soon, if not already being interperated, numerous EM targets ready for a drill,,, a HUGE exploration area, and a government just as eager to have this area explored as MOD does..
They've got their base mine now and processing plant inked in, perhaps they have just decided to go all out and not waste a second of exploration time if an extra $, or $mil can speed it up..

Only hold up is permits which seem to be coming in slowly, but the target and ground is there to spend money on....

They want to be Tier 1 copper miner, so as a holder i'm happy for them to throw as much funds into this region as possible,make or break....
