Well the announcement came out, not sure it added much other than if the IPC wins we win...... like the Olympic Games example I gave in an earlier post....
Perhaps the new rule is you can announce things on the stock exchange before they come to reality...
let's see what the final results say later today- which my guess is they wont be released until market closes.
