A poor arguement that because we've spent money on a project we must continue to do so .
Projects must be judged on merit .
Companies get themselves deep in IT by following this philosophy !

Not that I'm suggesting walking away from either project !
It's how they should be advanced and in what way and when !!!
Cash burn has been far too rapid recently and at this rate next quarter we'll need another raise .
I would like to see a more measured approach AND lower "admin costs" for me to say I'm happy with management !
