Can the company’s cash generation ability sustain the value, is the question. The last two years of operation have seen a total of $89 million lost (not a badge of honour there). The last quarter generated $3.5 million of net cash, hardly a run rate which supports the current valuation IMO.

Let’s see what the company delivers in this quarter before blowing the trumpets.

This company would have to put in two impressive quarters in a row before gaining my trust. Still seems like a jawboned story to me.Esh
