    I've been googling like mad since Friday, but you're right: no one is letting this cat out of the bag before an announcement. The only thing that worries me is that obviously some people knew about what was coming, but trading remained fairly quiet. I know insiders aren't supposed to buy on news that hasn't been shared, but things get leaked and stuff happens. So I wonder if the news isn't great or it's an offer we will likely refuse.
