Not able to sell now until trading halt lifted "not later than commencement of trading on Tuesday, 20 February 2018". So on Monday or early Tuesday morning at the latest we will have the details of the Control Transaction.
I am still going with T/O offer, maybe 6-7 cents ... or hopefully more. WGX have a processing plant in vicinity and have been active in buying up surrounding tenements ... so I wonder? Unlikely PGO is buying up something else as we do not have the cash so has to be T/O offer for PGO which has some really good assets (the reason I bought this share to begin with). Will it be a shares and cash offer? Not long to wait to find out.
Lets keep our fingers crossed that the deal is going to be good and worthwhile. GLTAH
