Lendlease are involved if this is what the halt is regarding. Perhaps this is the first of a pipeline of jobs?
From the quarterly last week : "Given the sales cycle of a tender process with blue chip clients also runs for
approximately 12 months, we would also now expect the joint venture to begin to bear fruit this
quarter."
