It says that it’s a CR + announcement of a blockchain investment. That is as much as anybody knows at this stage.

This is well undervalued at what price it has ceased trading at IMO (1.4) and pending on the details of the raise & quality of the deal, CHP could significantly re-rate given not only the hype around blockchain but the necessity for its technology to be implemented into many key spaces - the $$ behind it is massive.
