If lets say things go bad, as mentioned earlier by some of the above members then the company in their "mitigation of risk" had mentioned to legally defend their IP (even if it takes a length and costly legal - a worst case scenario)

I am still hoping to have this company flourish though, as agriculture, food for the planet is quite an important feat to have in this time of age.

So, yeah.. hoping for a positive announcement.
