I believe that Blue Cap want to re negotiate the mining funding to continue the operation going forward
Maybe the loans have been paid but there is no funds in the bickie tin to continue the mining operation
Blue Cap as made a nice earn out of this operation and maybe want to renegotiate the next phase of the mining
operation
Empire are definitely skating on thin ice when it comes to the financials
