The medical scientists running the trials have made this observation on multiple occassions however the fact that VLA are running their trials on real people who have exhausted all the other treatment options and are going to die unless they have a miracle or Cavatak alone or in combination by definition means there is obviously an unmet need. I suppose whether the word high is used boils down to how valuable you consider one human life is or whether you consider the word high only appropriate to a certain magic number. There is a road safety add which asks this question of a man and he supposed seventy deaths on our roads would be acceptable until faced with seventy individuals which included his family.
