Last cap raise they had plenty of cash and caught everyone off gaurd. Malcolm said its great to be in a strong cash position when big pharmas come knocking and gave everyone a not too subtle wink. Nothing happened except more trials.
To say this can only be the entry of a pharma is not correct.
