I don't see why it is being suggested here that VLA do not need to raise capital.

"through to 2019" is code for "the early part of 2019"..... 12 - 15 months away.
So $30million is good for a mere 15months. How quickly that will pass, and then what?... a scramble for cash in desperation mode??
I was shocked to realize how quickly $30mil would get chewed up.
All the manipulation theories will always abound, as always, however there does appear to be a case for the simplicity of reality.... "we only have enough funds for 15months, with Clinical Trials planned.
