This will be a downgrade unfortunately imo. You wouldn’t need to upgrade the yearly numbers before this quarterly. I’m guessing the team that wants to take over has pressured them into it.

If it is a downgrade this has been the most pathetic management I have seen. Guidance of 50-75% growth and now can’t even meet the lowest point of growth? Why the hell even give guidance after missing it for about 6 consecutive quarters. Must be a bad quarter if they have to update the full year results guidance before even releasing the half yearly.

If this is a miss than get rid of management and sell the company to highest bidder.
