Feeling a bit annoyed that management said finances were good near term. Should've realised with the random announcement yesterday that this was coming, it was basically an 'updated' investor presentation (didn't really add anything we didn't already know).
They'll need to be careful how they price this, hopefully the terms are decent and it's oversubscribed.
Extra cash should give more confidence to potential investors.
