    JV partner will be Beach - a billion dollar company with extensive experience. Not some Ma 'n' Pa operator like EGO. They can definitely handle building a gas plant.

    So I wouldn't be at all worried if they announced the JV was going to build it. However I would not be surprised if there is more value in the third-party option. I'd assume AWE will go with whichever option makes more sense financially.
