HHM doesn't operate in a normal way Mickey. It is often has very little cash in the bank. Sometimes down to as little as $75k. But Pitt & fellow director Tomlinson often make minimal interest loans to the company. Pitt certainly has enough money to buy all of Peel if he so desired. So anything can happen with that guy.
Maybe the additional holes being drilled at Southern Nights have uncovered such that the boys have decided to tap the market now and aggressively pick up the pace of exploration.
