I thought in the AGM we need to vote SBM's placement done at 20.5c, so why another one to them?
Not sure if HHM has enough cash to take up all their entitlement. So it could be renounceable offer (ie you can sell your rights) or SPP (but it says capital raising not SPP).
Usually before capital raising, there is always leak and share price falls before raising. But PEX share price went up in the last few days.
