I'm an SI... I'll take the opportunity to participate if given.
Have a feeling that if they want to do speed that will just allocate up to their 15% to a few strategic parties as cornerstone investors; would be very surprised if SBM didn't suck up their hand but maybe Rob will play strategic and get someone else on to counter balance SBM.
Increases the potential premium if someone decided to try and get control.
