Hmmmm if that were the case Sarg they would have to be extremely careful about the pricing of the cap raising. If great results are released at the same time or very soon after & the shares surge then it will be seen as an immediate gift to those providing the money. Then there would be questions about how much was disclosed privately. There would be a lot of people unhappy in such a scenario.
