Back on the 4th of April SBM took a 9.5% stake in Peel by subscribing to 16 million shares at 20.5 cents each which represented an 8 percent premium to the last traded price of 19 cents.
This time any placement should be at a far bigger premium because of the spectacular discovery of Southern Nights.
