There are many catalysts for the share price to rise further, i.e. further drilling success at Southern Nights which is touted as a "major discovery"; Silver Ray/T1 project requires minimal capital and the PFS is likely to indicate positive cash flows of tens of millions of dollars; Wirlong has strong potential to reveal multiple high grade lenses.

To raise capital without a premium at this time doesn't make sense. If an entity wanted to get 10 percent of the company they would have to pay a huge premium. With $4.7 million at the end of October we are funded for the next 6 months.
