This capital raising combined with Apollo IPO, does Rob know what he is doing? Because you have two competing raising at the same time or similar time frame. Most of PEX holders will just choose one over other one.
Unless Rob is doing a renounceable offer which PEX holders can sell their rights. This way we will increase number of holders and, hence, increase chance of success with Apollo IPO coming up later on.
At the same time, current PEX holders can sell their rights to cash in some profits if not taking up capital raising.
Just IMHO
