It did say "acquisition" of additional leases (implying a vendor), as opposed to "granting" of a lease (implying an EL grant from govt). So hopefully a decent vendor of ground that was pegged some time ago.
Mgmt were happy to sit and wait 12 months until the last acq came along. I'm sure this won't be a gimmick style acquisition and will have something attractive in its favour.
