Its a share purchase plan. In the past WWI usually offer in increments up to $15000 with an option to take up more if the plan is not fully subscribed. I am eager to find out the details myself - hopefully they will update us soon. I will be taking up the full entitlement and probably ask for a few more as well. Its the only way really to prevent dilution if the share price stays above $0.017 cents. We are long overdue for an update on Derewo and SA so don't be surprised if we get an update soon - quarterly is due next week anyway but just imagine if WWI announces total success with Clear and Clean at Derewo. You never know they might be planning on a distribution via dividends with the funds they make from SA. I am surprised they are doing a capital raising to be honest. I thought funds from SA would fund this third project so there must be some sort of plan but what this is I am not sure. The quarterly will be an interesting one.
