I would suspect another acquisition in Australia. Although overseas expansion is the ultimate play for the technology, MedAdvisor still needs a more solid and impressive business base and wider income streams locally. A good cash accretive aquisition is definitely the way to grow the business.

Institutions and investors should not mind putting their hands in their pockets if it is a good acquisition (no risk) at a reasonable price.

There are too many players in Australia and there is a desperate need for consolidation in this health technology area for companies to become respectably profitable.
