@pikel1980 can you direct me to where it says this in the Annual Report? The Note 20 to the accounts shows segment reporting and indicates that Urgent made a full-year loss but that also includes inter-segment charges (e.g. Head Office charging fees to Urgent) that distorts the underlying position. Hard to know what the true level of performance is for this unit and whether it has improves and if so at what rate...
