This company keeps disappointing me as a longish term holder. Profit for ERST before tax last year was a bit short of $2M and now this business is sold for approx $4M. Details will be interesting. i hope this does not include cash held by ERST, which I would hope is over $1M, which then would make this co negative EV.
I get the feeling these guys have a master plan, but maybe that is wishful thinking and the company will continue to disappoint shareholders.
Ricardo is right that there is a lot of value in the $50M tax losses.
