So they put out announcements saying all progress will be non dilutive, come out for a roadshow, crawl back to the US and do a CR,

Now we know it wont be 40 or above of Toby will have questions, we know it wont be something that will open the price over 40 or see above.

Cannot believe they say something which obviously reasonable people would assume there is no CR anywhere near close, and then throw this at shareholders.

Well what can one say, let's see what this is and how they sell it.
Best thing is they have a contract and need immediate increase in production but as I say, Toby has just bought shares so doubt that.
